Positive psychology is a new field that focuses on the study and practice of positive emotions and ways to help people lead more satisfactory lives. It is a branch of psychology that is based on scientific research and has had tens of millions of dollars of investments supporting this progressive study in the last 15 years. The first International Conference on Positive Psychology took place in 2003.
The leaders in this field have identified 10 Positive Emotions. Our goal is to recognize them and incorporate ways to experience these emotions more often in our day-to-day lives.
